Hosts were so kind and amazing, and really helpful on our trip! They gave us great tips on the area and even reached out to an excursion that I booked and hadn’t heard back from. Place is beautiful and clean, and breakfast was great! Place is quiet for sleeping but still only a short walk from some great places in Marrakech.

The hosts - Clement and Nathalie - were incredibly hospitable and went above and beyond to make sure me and my friend had a good stay. They helped us book taxi’s, recommended places to go to, and even recommended spots to visit when we left the Riad and continued our journey in Morocco. The cleanliness and location of the Riad are superb. The staff at the Riad was so kind. Loved the rooftop and the hottub. Great to have AC in our room. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was really good.

First, I made an extremely last minute booking but this did not stop the hosts from reaching out to me and ensuring that my arrival and check in were smooth around midnight or so. Second, it was my first time in Marrakech, so the hosts provided recommendations for places to see, restaurants to go to (they even booked when needed), and they made sure to give valuable tips as to how to get the best out of Marrakech while avoiding the hassle of queues (like the suggestion to buy majorelle Jardin tickets online). Third, breakfast was very tasty and more than enough for me. Fourth, the neighborhood was very safe and I felt absolutely fine walking around by myself late at night. And on top of this, the location was absolutely excellent; central in the old medina, yet there was no noise at all, so you can get good night sleep.

Riad Mazaya was a calm haven to retreat to after the hectic streets of Marrakech. The hosts and their staff are exceptional. They looked after us from the moment of booking to the moment of our departure. We were given a great induction to the city and a number of recommendations and handy tips. They showed thoughtfulness towards our children who loved the breakfasts and the jacuzzi in particular. We had a truly wonderful stay and would recommend Riad Mazaya without reservation.

The staff were lovely, particularly Clement - the owner of the hotel. The hotel is very well-located within Marrakech, the facilities are great, the ambience is really nice and the rooms are exceptionally comfortable. Furthermore, Clement goes above and beyond to help you with whatever you need, be that arranging guides within Marrakech, excursions outside of Marrakech, and anything else. I highly recommend this hotel.

The riad is in an excellent location, about 10 minutes from the main square. it’s very clean and tidy, the breakfast very tasty. the hosts were very nice, always with good advice and recommendation. Highly recommended.
