I've been with my family (2 small kids, 2 big kids, older woman and a pregnant woman) the staff was great and helpful! And we felt really welcome. The rooms were clean

The woman at the entrance has a very good English and was keen on talking and exchanging about the country and her culture. The staff in general was welcoming and very nice

The drive to the gate and parking lot couldn’t have been easier and the place isn’t far on foot from the parking lot. The location was great for walking in the Medina and up to several view points. The place was very clean.

I loved everything about this beautiful boutique hotel. From the perfect location, to the elegant rooms, to the superb service from ALL the staff and the ‘over the top’ attention to detail in the dining room. I was greeted by the bellman who immediately had me get my car and move it to front row parking in front of the hotel. Wow! I checked in with Oumaima at the front desk and she informed me she was going to go look at two rooms that were available. When she returned, she took me personally to look at each room and make a decision which one I would prefer. Wow! Again. She also set me up with a Hammam and massage within an hour of checking in and later brought me a lovely little vase of flowers. Within a short period of time the manager Hajiba, appeared with a gentleman to check on the refrigerator not working in my room. Hajiba made sure everything was in order and extended an invitation to dinner the next evening. Who does all this in today’s world??!?! The spa and my treatments were done with great detail. My spa lady (I cannot remember her name) was gentle but firm in the scrub and my 90 minute massage literally put me to sleep. If I had more time, I would have repeated the treatment again. And what a beautiful setting. The dining experience for the breakfast made me think I was a queen for the day! A reserved table is set aside for guest of the hotel and a variety of assorted foods were laid out beautifully on the table. My two gentlemen that served me both days and eve were spot on in their service. I wish I could remember their names but you know who you are! Thank you both!! Room service was prompt and without a flaw and housekeeping did a wonderful job making sure fresh water was brought in and a bowl of fresh fruit daily.
