The rental is for Exclusive use of entire property with the dedicated team of staff. Your own private exclusive beach front villa. A 4 bedroom luxurious (air conditioned) beach front villa ideal for couples/families. 100% exclusivity guaranteed. Book with staff or self catering basis. Bring your own alcohol. Staff are friendly courteous and discreet The 1st floor with 3 spacious bedrooms (with en suite bathrooms) has an excellent view of the Ocean. The large living room and a long verandah leading from the bedrooms overlook the pool and the sea. The ground floor has a bedroom (with en suite bathroom), a hall and a small study which can be converted to an extra bedroom on request. The open verandah serves as living and dining areas facing the garden and the sea. Fully staffed including a manager. Staff are friendly, courteous and discreet, and will ensure the stay is memorable. The pool, garden and beach is cleaned daily by 6.30 am. Night watchman available. Full time housekeeper. The owner will personally handle all emails and then the dedicated staff will take over. To confirm reservation an advance payment must be made within 24 hours of booking the property. Once the booking is confirmed, a detailed newsletter will be sent to the guests outlining all relevant information. Guests too can respond with their special requirements including any special occasion they would want to celebrate. On arrival at the villa, the manager and staff will welcome our guests. 100% exclusivity guaranteed. The owner is contactable over the phone 24/7. The manager is on call if guests wish to arrange meals, tours, or require other services. The staff will be on duty 24/7 if required. Privacy assured. Muslim guests can request 'female only staff' to be on duty in the villa. (prior notice required) Guests could bring their stock of liquor. A local supplier could be introduced on request.
Kathaluwa is now very popular for surfing. Other surfing spots are in Kabalana and Mirissa - where surfing schools. boards and instructors available. Unawatua, Ahangama and Mirissa is now very popular for beach cafes and bars. For history lovers, the Galle Fort is 16 km away. Visit the closest tea plantation - Hadunagoda tea estate (renowned for its White tea), where you can enjoy a tour of the plantation, and taste a variety of teas. The turtle hatchery and whale watching are popular attractions. 5 minutes to a 9-hole golf course in Koggala. Follow up with fine dining at Fortress Hotel.
