Property nestled well within nature with a Huge tree keeping the property cool in the afternoons, a hangout area and a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal. Marina Way staff are the friendliest I've met in Arugumbay and work hard everyday to make sure the property is always looking neat and clean! World away from busy world. I love the destination. One of the best location I've visited in Sri Lanka. Superb. Kudumbigala Temple, Okanda Dewalaya, Kumana Bird Sanctuary, Yala east national park. Lovely beaches and lagoons and many more places to visit and activities to do in Arugam Bay.

It's a place for beach lovers and surfers. Further not that spectaculair place to stay, lot is outdated and overprized. It is a must destination for any traveller who is interested in surfing. There are shops to buy your needs and many more. You can find good restaurants where they serve meals at any time. Kumana the wild life sanctuary for birds is nearby to where you can arrange transport at Arugumbay. Apart from birds, crocodiles. Leopards. Bears and elephants can be sighted.
