I only stayed one night since I took the morning train to Hatton the next day. Since I wanted to climb Adam's Peak, I asked the staff about direct buses to Dalhousie (instead of going by train), I was surprised to hear that they didn't know about this place. The staff told me that Sri Lankans don't know Dalhousie but do know Nallathanniya... The interesting thing is that the bus waiting at the Hatton train station does say Dalhousie... Mind boggled.

Bed lining is very soft and good quality, bed is big and comfortable An electric kettle, cups and plates are in the room. Very quiet at night time. AC works well. Quite good if you need some place to sleep after a long trip

the room is nice beds are clean and the staff are very friendly , i wanted to exchange money in the hotel I thought i gave a 100$ but by mistake i gave 200$ because it was stuck together he took it and after one moment he brought the extra 100$ back such an honest people highly recommend

The room is spacious and impeccably clean, featuring a comfortable bed, air conditioning, TV, and hot water. I was allocated a room on the 5th floor with a window. The location is central, within walking distance to all key areas of the city.

The room was clean, with private bathroom and the water pressure was good. The room was clean with air conditioner, but the window was to the corridor, so not much view. The Wi-Fi worked well. The location of the hotel is close to the lake, and there are nice cafes nearby, also a good big shopping center is within 5 mins walking distance. Chandrasiri is a great person and he helped us a lot, so 10 points for his service! Even though he did not speak English, with the online translator we could communicate well and resolve all our questions. He helped us with laundry service, which we really needed.

Very clean, conformable and within walking diatance to everything, very central. The next thing is definitely Not a bad thing just be mindful the lovely receptionist tried really hard with us but you need a translator app to communicate with him
