When we arrived at 11;30 in the morning on the day of our check in with my friend. we were obviously very very early to check but the girl behind the reception desk said no problem except that our room wasn't ready so she upgraded us to a room on the top floor for no extra cost. Wow !!! Fantastic customer service.. The swimming pool is amazing and the breakfast is as varied as you could possibly get. Would definitely go back.

The primary draw of the Angkor Archaeological Park lies in...
The primary draw of the Angkor Archaeological Park lies in its ancient temples, notably Angkor Wat. However, after exploring a few of these temples, visitors might find themselves somewhat weary of the repetitive architectural motifs. Moreover, the ticket prices are exorbitant. While it’s true that the park requires funds for maintenance, the $62 price tag for a 3-day pass feels excessively high. Similarly, the cost of a single-entry visa also appears steep.

Angkor Wat was interesting to visit but I appreciated the other much older temples to Angkor Wat itself. There was a lot to be done that I didn't get the chance to do. I wanted to go Ziplining in Angkor Wat, but there is always next time.

One of the best places in Cambodia.
One of the best places in Cambodia. I recommend staying there, it beats PP and other places but there are some caveats to be aware of:
1) The pub street is nice but most of the locals seems to be prostitutes so it is a good idea to check if they face you.
2) One needs to hackle in the night street in order to save money but I recommend buying silk and such since it's affordable.
3) Pool Party Hostel is the best place to be and I recommend to check out the temples.
PassApp is handy and 7/11 nearby and I recommend to eat in local places near the river good and affortable food.

If you like temples, this is the place to go!
If you like temples, this is the place to go! They are many, and varied. The crown jewel, of course, is Angkor Wat, a UNESCO World Heritage site, and nicknamed the 8th Wonder of the World. Pub Street and the markets were fun. You can easily get around via tuk tuk, IF the weather is bearable. It was very hot when we were there (mid-May), so we opted for a driver with an air-conditioned car. We found accommodations and food to be a bit more expensive than Vietnam, but still very affordable. We think three days was sufficient. We saw many temples, but would have been templed out going any longer. One more tip--before going to Angkor Wat, go to the museum in Siem Reap. We went after visiting AW, and decided to go back to AW after the museum because we realized we had missed some things we should have seen. Oh, and eat amok!

Upon arriving at any airport I'm leary of airport taxis.
Upon arriving at any airport I'm leary of airport taxis. My driver Ann was an amazing guy. The rate they offer at the airport was the same as Grab (SE Asia's Uber). He spoke great English and was a perfect representation of everyone I met in Siam Reap, the most polite people I've encountered in 16 countries I've lived in or stayed at least a week in. The area around Pub Street has whatever you want if you're not looking for the sketchiness of Bangkok's Nana or Soi Cowboy or HCMC's Bui Vien which was relaxing. Angkor Wat was awesome, the "Private Angkor Wat Sunrise Tour" with guide Kael and driver Sak were awesome, the group was awesome, it was more enjoyable than the Pyramids or Great Wall. Like the guide and group, but the site was stand alone as well.

The Angkor Wat temples complex was amazing but due to the heat I am glad I only spent only one day there. The city is very vibrant with lots of option for a night drink. However I think 3 days (one of them being dedicated to Angkor Wat) is more than enough for this city.
A small oasis in the middle of Siem Reap. Yorlan greeted me warmly and with a welcome drink. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby and you can walk to the centre (pub street) in less than 10 minutes. If you want to visit the temples they will you help to get the best tours. The rooms are very clean and cosy. Every day you will get bottles of fresh water. I would also like to thank the friendly staff and the owner Edu of the hotel who made you feel like you were part of the family. See you soon!
I recently stayed at the Siem Reap Urban Boutique Hotel and it was absolutely wonderful! The location is great - just a few minutes' walk from the center of town and all the best restaurants and attractions. The room was very clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a great stay. But the real highlight was the pool - it was so nice and clean, and the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring the temples. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Siem Reap!
Today is a very sad day as we are leaving this amazing hotel which was exceptional in every way. From very kind and helpful staff to facilities and location. We were staying in cabana room which was located on the ground level. The room is bright, spacious, spotless clean with fresh towels and linen every day. The bed is massive and we had the best sleep. The grounds of the hotel are so relaxing, pure tranquility for the soul. This is a must hotel to stay when im Siem Reap. 11 out of 10.
The hotel is super good, one of the best we stayed in our Vietnam-Cambodia trip.
The facilities are amazing, clean and very comfortable. But the best thing is the owner. He will help with anything you need, propose to you all kinds of activities and places to visit, and give you tea and fruit every time you arrive after visiting things (temples of course).
I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Siem Reap. I do not thing you can find a better place with a better staff.
Exceptional in every way! Angkor Land Urban Boutique is a true gem in Siem Reap. Immerse yourself in luxury and comfort, as the hotel's contemporary design exudes elegance. What truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by the staff - attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist. The meal options offered at their restaurant are an absolute sensation to the taste buds! Look no further for a perfect stay in Siem Reap, as this hotel ticks all the boxes.
Well appointed, practical luxury, every convenience on hand, the most attentive and polite staff, peaceful. A little haven in the dry season heat - a great place to start our SE Asian holiday. Restaurant offerings (both Western and local) were delicious and breakfast varied and plentiful.
The salt water pool, set in a lovely garden was a favorite for everyone.
Would highly recommend this hotel. If we ever return to Siem Reap, we will stay here.
From the moment we entered the hotel we were treated like royalty! The location of this property is superb for exploring Siem Reap and all it has to offer! The pool was never crowded, bar service a huge bonus and please please order the banana blossom salad, one of the best dishes I had in Cambodia! I will stay here again when I return to Siem Reap! I had a street facing room which was perfect to sit out on in the evening and watch the world pass by!
The best hotel and staff. They always inform you about evening in the hotel and tours, the hotel not yet serve the breakfast but no worry it has more restaurant nearby and cheap price. The pool very nice and you can relax and enjoy with cocktail to see the street road and sunset too.
The room is big enough and clean all days. The location is perfect just walk 2 minutes to the central. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Siem Reap.
Fantastic oasis of calm in Siem Reap. But what made it extra special for me were the kind attentive staff headed up by Anita who was truly amazing. She thought of everything- was so attentive and greeted us so warmly as we returned to the hotel after day trips. Also a special mention to Smy who drove us on two day trips. A very kind and warm person. The hotel stay was made 5 star by the people!! Thank you to all.
Beautiful property in the heart of Siem reap. A tropical paradise, lush greenery and plants everywhere. Beautiful pool and excellent massage. The hotel was built in 1990 and is mainly made of wood, all hand carved. A privilege to stay in such a hotel. Such good value as well, price if drinks about 80% less than Singapore, the restaurant served fabulous Cambodian food since a fantastic setting.
The room was clean and had a spacious balcony. But the best part was the reception staff Navin, Sophun, Chen and Savath. They were very professional and helpful as well as very knowledgeable about Siem Reap and Angkor Wat. Their politeness was at the level of a 5-star hotel. Their command of English was very good. The hotel decor is stylish. It has a classy feel. Excellent value for money.
Based on price/performance this is a great place to stay. It is not the most luxury hotel but is good enough. The location is very central and there a good restaurants in the hotel if you don't fancy going out. The rooms are fine, the bathrooms are getting a bit old, but the beds are very comfy and the rooms clean.
Great location and nice rooms. We had a room high up the room was big. it was well planned, cleaned and bed was comfortable. Best thing with the hotel is the pool. Also the hotel breakfast, with great selection of food and friendly staff I would recommend the hotel to anyone that is going to visit siem reap.
The hotel was lovely. In a great spot and very clean and well appointed. Breakfast was delicious. However, the best part of the stay was the service. All the staff were extremely attentive and couldn’t do enough for us. I recommend this hotel and will use it again on my next trip to Siem Reap.
Literally everything about this hotel was amazing. One of the best hotels we stayed in during our entire trip. Truly a 5 star experience! The room was super clean and comfortable and the staff were amazing.
M. Chhean the manager is very professional, always smiling and helpful, the best we met in Cambodia. The staff is professional. A hotel in which we will come back next time we visit Siem Reap.
The best hotel in Siem Reap, the staff are friendly and smiling. The location is in the town. The swimming pool is cool. The pool bar is nice too.
I would recommend this gem.
Great hotel, excellent spot n Siem Reap, very quite and 4 minutes away from downtown. Staff are friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Kim, best experience ever.
