The property (400 sqm), spread over 2 floors with wooden furnishings and typical tapestries of country houses, can accommodate up to 16 people for a total of 8 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms. Ground floor: On the ground floor you will find large open spaces illuminated by large windows. The large arches, the fireplace and the ceiling beams characterize the living area with sofas and TV. Following is a dining room with a table for 16 people and access to the garden. The kitchen with large table is fully equipped with: electric oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, coffee machine. Finally, there are 2 double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom with shower and a guest bathroom with laundry. First floor: The upper floor is dedicated to the sleeping area as follows: - 3 double bedrooms each with ensuite bathroom with bathtub; - 1 double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with bathtub and shower; - 1 twin bedroom (with French beds) with ensuite bathroom with bathtub and shower; - 1 twin bedroom (with French beds) with ensuite bathroom with bathtub. There is Wi-Fi connection and air conditioning. Pets are allowed on request. The villa boasts a large private garden (1000 sqm), completely fenced, partly cultivated with lawn.
