< VILLA MARIEDDA > has an unique and high-class position, located over the promontory of Capo Sant’Andrea, inside the Oriented Natural Reserve of Isola Bella, between the famed Mazzarò Bay and the superb double Isola Bella Bay. 600 mt / 650 yd far from the cableway to Taormina town centre (incoming in three minutes), 500 mt / 550 yd from the haunting beaches of Mazzarò and Isola Bella, 45 minutes from the departure spot for Mount Aetna excursions. Property is composed of a large living room overlooking the sea, equipped with a sofa bed for two adults and two single sofa beds; three double bedrooms; a bathroom provided with wc, bathtub and shower; another bathroom fitted out with wc and shower; a kitchen endowed with work and support surface; balcony and panoramic 80 m² / yd² terrace in front of the Ionian Sea. The villa is surrounded by an ornamental plant garden, gifted with an outdoor shower and relaxing corners. The house is fully air-conditioned (air-conditioning/heating). Castelmola, che gode di una superba vista sulla costa orientale siciliana. L'Etna, a 30 km da Taormina, dove si può praticare lo sci invernale sulle piste di Etna nord, mentre negli altri mesi dell'anno si possono effettuare comode ascensioni con delle jeep fino alla sommità del cratere per assistere all’alba o al tramonto del sole. Durante tutto l'anno si possono fare escursioni nei fitti boschi ai piedi della montagna e visitare l'albero più antico d'Europa, il 'Castagno dei Cento Cavalli', prima di compiere un tour enologico nelle rinomate cantine della zona. Il golf è praticabile sul green di Castiglione di Sicilia ai piedi del monte Etna. Da visitare assolutamente sono le gole del fiume Alcàntara, scavate dal flusso dell'acqua nel basalto lavico nero. Le altre città d'arte siciliane -- Siracusa, Ragusa Ibla, Modica, Catania, Calatagirone, Piazza Armerina, Agrigento, Cefalù, Palermo, Monreale -- sono comodamente visitabili, dal momento che sono ben servite dal servizio bus della compagnia 'Interbus' e dalle autostrade siciliane. Le isole Eolie,le isole Egadi, Ustica, Pantelleria e Lampedusa sono raggiungibili con aliscafi e navi traghetto dai diversi porti siciliani.
