This pretty property is located in a very quiet position within walking distance of the 12th century village of Palaia with beautiful views over the surrounding countryside, with olive groves, vineyards and medieval villages. The property has well kept outside living spaces and a nice flat garden ideal for families with children. There is a covered loggia ideal for outdoor dining and a second outdoor dining area where guests can enjoy the built in barbecue/oven. I Among olive trees is situated the unusually big swimming pool, a large one for this type of house to enjoy. The property is located in the area of the Pisan Hills from where guests can do beautiful excursions to the main towns of Tuscany: San Gimignano, Volterra, Certaldo etc. Cleaning service is included 6 hours. Compulsory 6 hours per week included 15m x 7m
