I like the quiet settings of the hotel, the discretion and courtesy of staff. Locals a bit slow but that's part of the charm of this lovely village with great historical, architectural and cultural importance. Love how they take care of their gardens. Perhaps communal areas' cleanliness could improve.

It’s different, quirky in a good way, tasteful decor, spacious rooms with hidden surprises (if you order room service you’ll find out why). I loved this hotel and am recommending it to my friends with confidence. I’m staying again tonight and will be regularly.

Swiss border Bizzarona 10 minutes with no delays to enter both ways. All three lakes nearby access. Exit to autostada few minutes away. The city of Appiano Gentile very lively with great architecture. Parking is free and spacious. Landlady and son owners very friendly with true sense of welcoming hospitality and willing to assist. Wish to visit soon again.
