The stay at Villa Carlini was lovely and perfect for our short stay close to Rome. The location was perfect, couple min to grocery store and beach. Sufficiently equipped, comfy beds and nice terrace. Chiara was very lovely, showed us around and explained everything well. Definitely worth it and we will be back, thank you!

Nice hosts - they gave us advices for trips etc. The appartment is perfectly located (close to the beach). Supermarkets and bus stop are close to the appartment. You can also use the garden to sit outside. In front of the entry is a roofed area to eat outside. We had a great time there.

Good location, 5 min walk to the supermarket, and 2 min walk to the closest kiosk. 3 min walk to the public beach, with beaches next to it where you could rent a parasol or beach bed. The location is very convenient and nice for people traveling with i.e. children who just want to go to the beach and that's that. Also, the apartment we rented had two separate bedrooms so it was easy to put the kids to bed in one room and you can stay in the other bedroom or living room kitchen downstairs. Kitchen facilities with all necessary utilities including a 2 differently sized moka pots (mom saviors <3). I travelled as a single mom with two kids, and felt safe and well taken care of. People in the area were friendly and helpful even if the average english level was nowhere near as good as the hosts.

Välstädad fin studio med allt man behövde. Nära till stranden som var större än jag trodde och med fin sand. 4 min promenad till Supermarket. Tips..smaka Carbonara del mare på restaurangen närmast Supermarket (bredvid apoteket). Galet god. Även husets vita vin. Lite porlande. Tyvärr var det väldigt kallt och ruggigt väder. Så det blev mer tid till Rom istället. Vi hade en hyrbil som vi körde till tågstationen Torres in Pietra (7 min) och tog tåget in till Rom därifrån (20 min till Roma s. Pietro).

Świetny kontakt z gospodarzem. Bardzo fajna lokalizacja, w małym miasteczku, nad morzem. Wszystko co było potrzebne, było na miejscu. Miejsce przed mieszkaniem, bardzo przyjemne, można było sobie usiąść przy kawce i popracować w słońcu ;)

S vilou jsme naprosto spokojeni, už to byl náš druhý pobyt a určitě se ještě vrátíme. Chiara nás opět přivítala s úsměvem, check-in proběhl bez problému, ubytování přesně dle fotek a očekávání. Tentokrát jsme zůstavali jak ve větším apartmánu, tak ve studiu a obě ubytování bez chyby. Vila je v blízkosti pláže s restaurací a kousek od supermarketu, takže vám nic nechybí. Výborné ubytování nedaleko Římského letiště.
