Excellent apartment! Owners met us with the keys a couple hours before check in. Room was nice and clean, very spacious. Washing machine was nice to refresh our clothes. Location is very good, 20 minute walk to the train station, 1 minute to Basilica of Santa Croce and the Piazza, 10 minute walk to Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore.

Appena 50 Metri dalla stupenda Piazza Santa Croce nel cuore del centro storico di Firenze Ponte Vecchio, Duomo, Uffizi, tutti raggiungibili facilmente a piedi. Il grazioso ed accogliente appartamento si trova al primo piano di un antico palazzo su strada a fondo cieco con pochissimo traffico, adiacenti al famoso ristorante 3 stelle michelin Enoteca Pinchiorri. Wi-fi, Aria condizionata in uso gratuito. Tutte le finestre hanno doppi vetri con trattamento antirumore e zanzariere. Possibilità di parcheggio al garage a pagamento di fronte all’appartamento. (da prenotare in anticipo) Camera doppia, soggiorno con divano letto, bagno con doccia, piccolo cucinotto completamente attrezzato di forno, lavastoviglie, micro.onde, tostapane, bollitore elettrico. Lettino con sponde e seggiolone per infanti. Extra da pagare sul posto Pulizia Finale Euro 50 Tassa di soggiorno Euro 5.5 per persona maggiore di anni 12 per notte.
