This has a great location. We walked everywhere—even to and from the train station with our rolling luggage. It is close to everything you need. We cooked almost every meal and found the kitchen well equipped and easy to use. The beds were very comfortable and the towels were large and luxurious. It felt like a 5 star hotel.

Property info

Exclusive three-room apartment of 56 m2 located in the historic center of Florence a few steps away from Piazza Santa Croce and all major attractions and museums of the City. We are on the third floor of a building of the early 60's with modern furniture and bright windows overlooking the Basilica of Santa Croce, with two lifts and stairs. This three-room apartment will satisfy all your needs, it consists of: two bathrooms (complete and equipped with shampoo, shower gel, towels and - on demand - bathrobes), two bedrooms (both with double bed), a living room with a sofa bed (2 places) and a kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. Air conditioning is available in all rooms. Our apartment is designed for four + two people and it’s characterized by a modern style and a good brightness. From the terraces of the bedrooms and living room you can enjoy the view of the Basilica of Santa Croce and of the famous balcony of multi-starred Michelin restaurant “Enoteca Pinchiorril”.

Neighborhood info

The Santa Croce district is known for its varied selection of restaurants, pubs and clubs. Exactly under the apartment you have a discounted parking (if you are interested we will give you more info at time of booking). Furthermore, on the opposite side of the road, you will find the historic Teatro Verdi. in Via Verdi and around Piazza Santa Croce you can find a lot of pubs, clubs and restaurants. Just outside the palace you will have an ATM, a small market and bus stop. Enoteca Pinchiorri, Teatro Verdi, Gelateria Vivoli and many other entertainment places that have made the history of Santa Croce are within walking distance from the apartment. Market, laundries, and all your other needs are located near the apartment.
