Pamper yourselves in Rome in this lovely apartment in Vatican area The main apartment has 4 double bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms, 2 with jetted tubs, 2 with showers, a spacious elegant sitting/dining room with plenty of sitting place and a sofa bed, terrace where smoking is allowed The independent Studio can be adjoined for 5 bedrooms & bathrooms. It is automatically adjoined from 11 guests or at extra cost. Close to St Peter's in a strategic position you will be everywhere in minutes. Close to the center but out of the caos. Bus stops across the road direct to Piazza Venezia and Forum area, Metro closeby. A perfect base for exploring Rome! Ideal for a big group. In a smart building on a secluded residential street, safe for walking at night Sunny and modern just renovated it offers all comforts. Duvets in the winter, hot and cold A/C, unlimited hot water supply The main apartment has beautiful original marble and parquet floors and conserves original antique pieces like the original Murano chandelier The studio has a small well equipped kitchen corner and a spacious stone bathroom. It can have a double bed or 2 singles. We can add a foldable bed or cradle
I pamper my guests and do my best to help them have a great time in Rome! I will meet you on arrival to show you the house and tell you about transports, resturants, shopping and my favorite spots. I am always reachable on my cell phone and will be glad to help you solve any problem. My guests happiness is my pleasure and my job. I am a horse rider and teacher. Lately I train principally Dressage. All the family rides. We used to have a farm in Orvieto where we bred and trained horses and had a B&B and vacation rental. We now live in Rome. I have a 12 year experience in holiday rentals and will do my best to help you enjoy your holiday in Rome. I supply house papers which guests receive by mail with plenty of info on the house, area and transports as well as my Musts on what you absolutely can't miss in Rome I trust you will enjoy your stay and will really feel "At home in Rome"...
The apartment's location is strategic! In a safe extremely well connected area, quiet at night, with bus stops just across the road and underground at short walking distance.You will reach all main attractions in a few minutes. You can walk to St Peter's in 15 minutes down Via Gregorio VII with its variety of shops bars and market and many buses stop across the road with direct lines to St. Peter's, Piazza Venezia (beginning of Forum walk to Colosseum), Piazza Navona and Campo dei Fiori. Connected to Stadium by bus 31. Few steps from the apartment there are: supermarkets, open markets, excellent restaurants, shops, bars, one open 24 hours with happy hour and restaurant open untill midnight, post office, pizza and ice cream parlors, all kinds of shops, hospital. Beside the lovely park of Villa Pamphili for visiting, jogging and walks a few hundred metres away. The area is very safe, also for walking at night. At last, for shopping lovers, the zone is one of the best in Rome! All at walking distance. I will be glad to indicate great pizza and ice cream, restaurants and of course my favourite places for getting a feel of Rome's unique magical atmosphere.
