Savoia is an old hotel with an excellent if not the best location in Madonna with proximity to central shops, restaurants and two main ski lifts. The view from the windows and balconies is fantastic and one of the best in the area. It has its style and great comfort. Personnel, especially at the restaurants and at the spa, is very friendly and efficient. Room service is very good and quick. They change towels two times per day and fulfill specific requests swiftly. Morena at the spa is a great master and she could start earlier than usual hours on request. Men at the reception were helpful. Food is decent and wine menu is great even by the glass. Good value for money.

The hotel is not new, but clean and tidy enough. If you like complete peace, it won't suit you. Breakfast is rich and tasty. Very helpful staff.

Breakfast quite varied and abundant, with friendly people helping with preparation of your food. Very nice room with lot sun and light, and Restuaurant with very good food and great value for money. Also the spa with free services and optional massages and support is quite comfortable. Valet car parking is also a great added value, even if a parking site close to the Hotel could be desirable, but we know we are in the center of the village.

Hotel elegante in stile retro con camere ampie ed interni con molto legno e parquet che si addicono perfettamente al contesto di montagna. Ottima colazione, come anche la posizione, praticamente tra le cabinovie 5 laghi e spinale, raggiungibili comodamente a piedi in pochissimi passi. Personale molto gentile ed apprezzatissimo il servizio parcheggio

La colazione, come tutto il resto, è stata strepitosa! Per non parlare di tutto il resto. Pulitissimo, abbiamo avuto l'impressione che le signore delle pulizie fossero appostate dietro la porta da tanta cura per la stanza! Ristorante top! Ma quello che è stato indimenticabile è l'educazione, il garbo e le attenzioni che tutto il personale ci ha rivolto dal primo momento! Al Palace l'ospitalità è vangelo! Ci torno anche l'anno prossimo!!!! Vittorio della reception il Top, ci ha suggerito passeggiate strepitose!
