it was a historic & quiet property with a goat, short horse, chickens, and 3 very friendly cats. the land was pretty and it was close to two nearby villages. Eugenio and the rest of his family were incredibly welcoming and warm too!

The location was great for us - We had booked a tour of a local parmesan cheese facility and Vincenzo's place was only a 15 minute drive away (important since the tour started at 8:45am). Vincenzo was a great host and very friendly. He spent some time describing things we could do locally. It turns out he has a friend at another nearby parmesan facility only 2 minutes drive from his house. So, he took us on an informal tour of that facility after we got back from our first tour (and the cheese was even cheaper there). Above and beyond for a host.

Tha Lady and Gentlemen who run the place where really nice and helpful, made us feel welcome even though we arrived after 10 o'clock at night . The room and bathroom where newly renovated and clean . Bed was comfortable and the shower a nice size . Great value for the price we paid
