The flat is located at the ground floor of a building with a receptionist, which has recently been remodelled and renovated. Furthermore, the apartment is fully furnished for the comfort of our guests, complete of high speed Wi-Fi, bluetooth speakers, Smart TV, air-conditioning, fully furnished kitchen, smoke and gas detectors, emergency black-out lights, first- aid kit, a safe, baby cot and stroller, dish washer, washing machine ironing board, a bathroom with a large shower and hair dryer.

The flat is located in a tranquil residential area, where one can easily escape the chaotic nature of a metropolitan surrounding, in order to guarantee comfort and relaxation to our guests. The area has plenty of supermarkets, bars and restaurants. For instance, it is enough to cross the road and you will be able to enjoy hot meals at the restaurant ​Contesto Urbano, ​which is customarily open until late. Only 50 meters away you will be able to enjoy staple Roman dishes such as the deep fried Artichokes, Carbonara and other interesting gourmet dishes such as the ​Ajo Ojo e Gamberi, a pescetarian revisitation of the famous ​Ajo Ojo e Peperoncino ​at the restaurant 5e28 ​Cucina e Miscele. ​Should you wish to grab a drink instead and a bite to eat, the restaurant bistrot ​The Place ​offers a great selection of Italian ​aperitivo ​drinks with a buffet.
