L'appartamento è arredato con gusto, ben rifinito, accogliente; ci sono sia i ventilatori a soffitto (perfetti!) sia i condizionatori. Tutto ottimamente pulito. Terrazzino vista mare, molto carino. Ci sono due comode sdraio. Il contesto del Residence è delizioso. È vicinissimo al centro di Ustica (4 minuti a piedi), anche se più in alto, quindi un breve tratto di strada è in pendenza, ma tranquillo. I proprietari effettuano il servizio di transfert da e per il porto, incluso.
