The apartment was beautiful, spacious, clean and very comfortable for our family of 4 (2 teens). There were plenty of dishes, a fridge and many other amenities that were useful but we did not take advantage of. Werner, the host, was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We booked at the last minute to escape the heat in Bolzano and when we arrived the apartment was set up perfectly for us. It was a quick walk to the Seceda gondola and to town. We would definitely stay again and recommend this property.

We booked on the same day of our stay, and the host was responsive immediately, writing to us to give details of the stay and how to get in to the property. This was very helpful. Upon arrival we were transferred to a better property, an upgrade in a better location. The host drove us to the new property on a Saturday night, going out of his way to help. His tips for the mountain hikes were great The property is very spacious, very clean, great layout, excellent beds, bathroom supplies fully stocked.

Nice little place. Room was good, comfy bed and decent kitchenette. Less than 10 mins to the centre, nearest restaurants closer. Right next to seceda cable car which was fab as the queues were parking looked crazy! Secure parking. Lovely mountain view.

The location was close to the chair lifts for Seceda which was the reason we chose the property.The doonas and all bedding were beautiful to sleep in.Great view from the balcony and spacious property overall.

Big rooms, comfortable beds, complete kitchen and bathroom equipments. They also have a washing machine and dryer. Going to the location is steeply uphill but you are rewarded with a beautiful view from the bedrooms. Communication with the owner is also very good.

I liked the mountain view outside of the window. The kitchen kits are good quality . Owner is nice , gave us local guest cards for local transportation.
