Location, cleanliness, easy to check in and out, great modern rooms, fully equipped, etc. Many facilities at a short distance like train and bus station, supermarket, cafes, restaurants. Highly recommend this place. Francesco was a top host, very friendly and always available to help, provide tips, guidance, etc. He also made it possible for us to check in much earlier than agreed.
