We really enjoyed the proximity to everything. We took the train in and it was so conveniently located. Additionally it was close to amenities and places of interest. It’s always nice to be close to food, snacks and gelato especially with kids!

Hi dear guests, We are Bred and Nadja, a happy German-Italian couple. Bred likes creating lamps and Nadja likes dancing and painting. We both love travelling and we love to host people from all over the world and show them our favorite spots in town in a map to make them feel home like a local :)

Property info

This lovely home is in the centre of Florence, 5 minutes walking distance from the station S.M.N. and all main sights (Duomo, Piazza Signoria, Ponte Vecchio...) and excellent trattorias are walking distance. The apartment is exclusively for you and it is situated on the ground floor of the building. So, there are no steps to get in. There is a double bedroom with a queen size bed and a living room with a sofa which can become a double bed. So, 4 people can stay here comfortably. You can cook in the fully equipped kitchen with dish washer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, stove and oven and we leave some snacks, fruit, yogurt, milk and coffee for your breakfast. This apartment's specialty definitely is its 40 square metres garden. You can relax on the sun beds in your private garden, enjoy the sun and have dinner on the terrace, too. Toiletries, towels and bed sheets will be provided and you can use the washing machine. Our private drivers are happy to pick you up from or drive you to the airport (30 euros per ride).

We are right in the center. So, you don't need a bus and can reach all the sights by foot. On your arrival, we provide you with a map and tell you our secret spots: Our favorite trattorias, bars, gelato places and activities in Florence and surroundings. WE OFFER WINE TOURS ...to the oldest wine castle in Tuscany, in the Chianti area. Our drivers can pick you up at home and bring you to the castle. Get a guided tour and learn how the wine is made and stored. Taste different wines and homemade Tuscan starters and balsamic vinegar. After, visit Greve in Chianti, a medieval town with a famous butcher shop and an excellent gelato place. The tour starts - in summer: Monday to Friday at 8.45 am, 13.45 and 14.45 - in winter: Monday to Friday at 9.45 am The cost is 60 euros per person, wine, food, guided tour and private driver included.
