Gabriele and Sabrina are awesome. Being in the lodging business for years I can say they set the bar when it comes to friendliness and customer service. They take care of you. Always ask them "Where's the best (Fill in the blank)" and they will be happy to tell you. They were 100% awesome on all recommendations. Do stop by La Cantina and meet Alessandro. The Apt. had a decent continental breakfast stocked and restocked daily. All the basics you need O.J. Yogurt, Cereal, jam, bread, mixed salami and prosciutto, Kureg Style Coffee Maker with the little pre-measured cups. An American style Mr. Coffee type coffee maker (You'll nee to bring your American Coffee with you). Apt. #3 marvelous panorama of te Tuscan Hills, Very nie patio area, a place to sit after a day trip, sipping the most elegant local Chianti

Feeling good on vacation is essential and few factors make it possible. One of these is definitely to find a clean environment in which to relax and feel like at home. To this we try to add a spirit of welcome and a lot of love for our work. That's why we decided to use anti-allergic disinfection of rooms with ozone: it is one of the simplest and most natural, and at the same time most effective, ways to make a guest room truly healthy. Montechiari, an old manor House now restored maintening the typical tuscan style, is located in the heart of Tuscany countryisde and in the middle between Florence (25 KM) and Siena (35 KM). Here, at any time of the year you can enjoy all the conveniences of a town without giving up the tranquillity of a country home. The breakfast is included in the room rate and it's self catering, this means that you will find everything you need in your room to prepare it by yourself and than you may have it in your room or on our terrace overlooking the hills.

Only 500 metres from the famous Main Square of Greve, 200 metres from the bus stop from/to Florence, 200 metres from the public swimming pool, tennis and football court and at 200 metres from the Tourist Office. At 2 minutes’ walk you may rent bikes and motorbikes (50, 125, 250 cc.) for exploring the neighborhood. At 500 metres one of the biggest “Enoteca” of the Chianti region with wine books from the 1700, 1800 and 1900, permanent exposition of screwdriver, possibility for tasting more than 140 kind of different wines, olive oil, "vin santo" and assorted salami, and free consulting of the wine producer database. From here you can quickly reach all the small villages (like Montefioralle, Badia a Passignano, Panzano, Radda, Castellina, Gaiole, Monteriggioni, San Gimignano, Volterra, Colle Val d'Elsa, Cortona.....) and towns (like Florence, Siena, Arezzo, Pisa, Lucca.....) well known for their architecture and history. You can also visit all the famous Chainti Castles and Villas: Verrazzano, Vicchiomaggio, Vignamaggio, Meleto, Brolio,….. and of course visit all the major Chianti Classico wine producer their vineyard and cellars and where you may taste exquisite wine
