Clean, comfortable, great location. It is right in the historically famous Piazza della Signoria, historically one of the most famous squares in Florence, yet room quiet and peaceful.

Location was amazing. You step outside and the Palazzo Vecchio and Uffizi are right in front of you. Short walking distance to all the sites and restaurants. Building has a lift and the room has air conditioning. The owner met us with the keys at exactly the time we said we would be there. He helped us with the luggage and helped book taxi for us to the airport. Very quick response to messages. Great for short stays.

This is a lovely compact efficiency. The bed becomes a comfortable sofa which gives you plenty of room during the day. Uniquely the galley kitchen has a microwave/regular oven. Something many Italian homes don't have. The bathroom is large with a very nice shower. Location is unbeatable. Literally 25 steps from Piazza Vecchio with the David statue (fake the real 1 is in the accademia). The statues in the colonnade are real including Perseus holding the head of the Medusa. Despite being steps from the primary Piazza in Firenze the soundproofing was superb. We got a chance to try it out when Friday there was a rock concert. So loud outdoors it hurt our ears, inside it was as quiet as a tomb. Restaurants abound, the major shopping street is 1 block away. Cheaper than any of the local hotels great value. Don't even think of driving or parking. It's in a restricted zone. Nearest parking is over a kilometer away.

Great location, Piazza della Signoria is just downstairs. We contacted the host before arrival and Edward( sorry don’t know if it’s spelled correctly) lead us to the room. It’s a small and cozy room with everything needed during our stay. The apartment is equipped with an elevator although it’s super tiny and can only hold 3 people.

Great location. Even though the building is in the middle of the crowds, the room is has back view, and it s quiet. You can hear though the church bells every hour. But this was no inconvenience for us, while sleeping we couldn't hear them.

There is no doubt that you cannot get a better location. You are in the city center, right near Uffizi and you have the advantage of a quiet room. It is not a hotel room, but it comes with all the facilities one may need. A more than welcome kitchenette, complete with cutlery, pots and several dishes. Lots of details have indeed been taken care of: oven, induction hob etc. And the master problem solver and pretty much the warmest and nicest contact person (Eduardo) I've met in a while who not only is ready to help if needed, but he gives a general positive feeling all around.

It was a quiet and neat functional apartment right in the middle of Florence (walking distance to all main attractions). It felt secure and had plenty of space for our stuff and still be comfortable.
