Beautiful place with lovely people. I felt safer than other cities I have visited. But obviously, you can never be too cautious. Festival of Christ the Redeemer is well worth attending (end of August) - parades and traditional dancing and musci. Also hike up to the statue of the same name is beautiful. Interesting ethnographic museum to visit.

Antonio and Giuseppe are lovely people - kind, caring and concerned about their guests. The atmosphere of the farm is a very good one: you can tell the animals are happy, including all the dogs and cats. The whole apartment was very tastefully furnished, it was clean and cosy. In fact, it is even nicer than in the photos. Both owners were very helpful and nice. Every day they prepared a traditional breakfast, excellent cappuccino and piccolo. 😊 Great location about 1.5 km far from the centre of Nuoro. Highly recommended to everyone!
