The private and relatively secure parking was a deal closer for us. Also worth mentioning, there is a garden with a couple of big tables and even a BBQ place. There is an excellent pizzeria (Piazzetta) distant about a half an hour walk from the property (it's down by the lake, so it helps digesting the simple but fresh and tasty dinner climbing back to the property afterwards). If you don't feel like walking down to the lake, there is a nearby osteria (Gallo) that serves basic lunch and dinner at relatively low prices (lunch menu is currently 10 EUR, including primo/secondo, water and coffee). The owner who looked after us (Milena) will provide plenty of insider advice on where to go and what to do around the property. There is a washing facility (with agitator if you're in a hurry) and it costs 2 EUR per cycle (7 kg capacity). Also worth mentioning, there are bicycles freely available at the property.
