Superb facilities, beautiful home and surroundings. The owner/host is very personable and proud of his farm and lodging. He was fun to talk to and i was thrilled to hear about the local area. Gave us recommendations for hikes and a top- notch restaurant. I would love to go back and stay for multiple days using his home as a base for nearby travel. Great breakfast included. It was too cold for me during my visit, but the pool looked fabulous and sparkling clean. Our room was spotless as well.

The property is very clean, the rooms are very comfortable. The pool was an added plus for us after arriving on bicycles. The breakfast is delicious and ample. Franco was particularly attentive and helpful. Many thanks for making supper reservations and mostly for helping us sort out our train issues! Very much appreciated!

Franco's breakfast was amazing. Wide variety of fruit, meats & cheeses (including fresh mozzarella), breads with Pomodoro and home made pies. even the croissants were warm and of high quality (not those buttery disasters you can find in coffee shops). The pool was clean as was his property overall, and for those looking for information on where to go and what to eat, Franco is pretty much in the loop. We stayed 2 nights and would liked to have stayed a third.

Nice peaceful location 7 minutes into town, the owner is a very nice man happy to help us out with whatever we needed. The pool area is fantastic all renovated, pool was pretty cold though, i suggest some heating. Good breakfast overall we were very happy. Hopefully more Aussies get out this way Great for a 2 night stay

Świetna Masseria ze stylizowanymi wnętrzami, dużym ,czystym basenem zewnętrznym, piękna zielenią wokół :) Do tego cudny pies i kot ,2 konie i 3 osiołki :) Odludzie a wiec cisza i spokój. Świetny gospodarz sam przygotowujący nam dobre śniadanie i udzielający mnóstwa informacji o okolicy. Za jego wskazówką jedliśmy w mieście najwspanialsze lody !!! A wczesnym wieczorem pojechaliśmy zwiedzać MATERĘ. Niezwykłe , niezapomniane przeżycie !!!

Traditionelles, abwechslungsreiches Frühstück, viele gute Tipps für Unternehmungen und Restaurants von Frank. Frank ist ein sehr aufmerksamer und zugewandter Gastgeber. Und er hat eine Füchsin, die abends auf sein Grundstück kommt um sich ein Stück Wurst abzuholen. Ein unvergessliches Erlebnis für mich dies schöne wilde Tier aus direkter Nähe zu sehen. Neben der Füchsin hat er auch noch Esel, Pferde und eine sehr freundliche und verspielte Schäferhundin…. Ich gehe morgens joggen und hatte die perfekte Strecke, die mich u. a. über eine alte Viadukt Brücke und Schlucht führte. Ein schöner Aufenthalt!
