Val di Rabbio is for the off the beaten track tourist who likes good fodd and good hikes. they have Golden Eagle and Bearded Vulture in the valley. It is also good for fly fishing and they are proud of their heritage e.g. their sawmills. If you look for a place that is not crowded yet and that gives you a lot of quality for your money, give it it a try.

We did not fully explore the area but enjoyed what we did. There were lots of walks to do, it all depended on how far you wanted to travel. Those that appealed to us were quite close by. There was a reasonable selection of eating places so variety was not a problem.

The location is very quiet (apart from the sounds of the creek), the room was super clean, the beds fantastic and the food for both breakfast and dinner was of a very high quality and super delicious.
