Es ist sehr ruhig, das Dörfchen ist hübsch und authentisch, die Aussicht ist fantastisch mit Weitblick über die Hügel der Toscana. Die Apartments befinden sich in einer alten Kirche/Steinhaus, es ist sehr traditionell und authentisch. Das Apartment war gross über zwei Stockwerke, es war wirklich sehr sauber, die Wäsche duftete fein, für 4 Personen war es grad gross genug, in der Küche alles was wir brauchten, aber wir haben auch nicht wirklich gekocht, nur Frühstück für die Kinder dort gemacht. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett.

We live in front of the property and are completely at guests disposal. We are normal people, kind and sincere. We like to make friends with guests, but respecting privacy and without being intrusive.

Property info

Pieve di San Martino has always been a place of rest and meeting the long and arduous journey of the pilgrims; this characteristic has been preserved to this day. In fact, hotel guests often belong to different nationalities. The holiday home combines the rural style of the Tuscan countryside with the comfort of independent apartments finely restored and furnished with care, to satisfy even the most demanding customer. The four apartments are set against the beautiful Romanesque Church in 1200; those values ​​are derived in dependence of the Pieve. The old chapel is still a meeting place, where the owners receive guests; however, this space can also be used for corporate meetings. The entire structure is surrounded by a beautiful garden with swimming pool (14 x 7 m.); for sports lovers, there is a sports field located just below the pool. Guests can opt for fun and games with friends or for a tasty grilled outdoors with "barbecue". Peace, tranquility and mysticism are the features of the place.

In the historical center of Colle Val D'Elsa are available bars, restaurants, post offices, banks, supermarkets, tennis court, golf course, and you can rent bicycles. The property is surrounded by the Tuscan countryside, green and lush in the spring and sunny summer.
