Very nice and small apartment and the location is great. Lots of nice bars and restaurants and easy to reach Cinque terre. We had a great and comfortable stay.

We are next to the most important shopping streets of the center of La Spezia that alternate, day and night, the opening of cafe - bakeries and renowned restaurants and pizzerias. Near our hotel it will be very easy to park your car, both in the street and in the pay parking garages. All rooms are soundproofed, come with air conditioning and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. All have a private bathroom with shower. A sweet and savory breakfast is offered daily and includes a different selection of organic products: Italian, Continental, American Breakfast and Fresh seasonal fruit. The rooms are cleaned every morning.
