Excellent location, in the middle of everything :).
Super close to numerous shops, caffes, restaurants, supermarkets and tram/bus to Venezia. Also the train station is about 20 min walk from the hotel.
The area is safe an quiet at night.

Perfect! First - great location - it's super easy to reach from the airport with the airport bus shuttle stopping right near the hotel. Plus, getting to Piazzale Roma is very easy - just a 5-minute walk to the tram stop, and a quick 15-minute ride on the tram itself. The trams run every 10 minutes, which is convenient. You can buy tickets at the shop by the tram stop or at a cafe along the way. Also it's no problem to get to the Mestre railway station - it's just a 15-minute bus ride from the stop near the hotel. The room was cozy and clean, with everything you could need. Very good breakfast with both sweet and savory options, and it starts early. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the area felt safe and quiet. There's a big supermarket nearby if you need anything. I'll definitely stay here again if it's available! 😊
not much to do in Spinea. However it is an excellent o/n spot to get to Venice in the morning by train or bus for ca. E 5,- return. Takes about 1/2 hr and you avoid the madness of getting into Venice. both acc. can be highly recommanded. Hotel Raffaello the slightly better located, bus in front of hotel and cheaper than guesthouse and of course more spacious
I really liked the location. It is a quiet neighbourhood with all amenities around the corner. It was easy to reach Venice by a 20 minute train ride. The pizza restaurant recommended by Luca was fantastic, much better than any restaurant we tried in Venice.
The flat was very nice and clean, we did not miss anything. The beds were really comfortable, and it was nice to have an aircon.
Luca sent a lot of useful information in advance.
It was great to retire to this flat aftet crowded Venice. We had a glimpse of local life in Spinea.
First and foremost, the host was the kindest and most helpful and hardworking we ever had by far. She even gave us a lift to and from the train station every day! (otherwise a 20-25 minutes walk from the house)
Spinea is a quiet and cozy town, albeit outside Venice metropolitan area.
The room was in perfect order, clean and tidy.
The breakfast was sufficient and the breakfast hours were generous.
The owner was very nice and hospitable. It was so nice to see him smiling all the time and willing to help. He provides the right information of the city which was very useful. If you want to visit Venice, you can get a bus directly from the front of the hotel, so it’s just 30 min away and perfect value for money
What a perfect host and a fantastic little guesthouse/hotel. Really comfortable, immaculately presented rooms and bathrooms and a lovely buffet breakfast. Free off street parking and just a short drive to cheap parking for the island and there is a train station close by. Very, very difficult to fault.
Comfortable apartment with 3 very big sleeping rooms for the whole family with very nice lessors. They helped us with many helpful tips and a private parking place. Ideal for experience Venetia or Padova via train starting from Spinea. Be aware that the apartment has no separate living room.
It is good hotel for own car travelers.
Nice location near Venezia - in the centre of quite and authentic Spinea.
Good connection to highway.
Own closed parking yard.
The facilities is outdated but clean and comfortable.
Room size is bigger than usually in Mestre and Marghera.
The room was spacious and was very clean. The beds were comfortable. It is safe for solo travellers. The hotel is right in front of the bus stop and though it is a bit far from the main city, it is well connected and the bus runs every 10mins, so it's not an issue.
I liked everything very much. The rooms are nice and clean, the breakfast is great and delicious. Nice terrace. Super hostess of the hotel. We will definitely come again. Everything is fine.
Luca, the host, was really helpful when minor problems occurred (a blind that didn't work and a TV that was reluctant to turn on). The location close to Spinea railway station is really good.
The hotel is 20m from the bus taking you directly to Venice train station.
Overall the room was clean.
Staff very friendly and nice.
Great free parking lot right in front of the hotel
