The person running this place is really kind and makes you feel very comfortable. The breakfast was really nice. The room was comfortable. The stay was very nice. A bit far from Como by public transport, but if you have a car, the other things are so good that the distance to the lake is not such a big deal. One of the best places we stayed in our Italy trip!

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room offered was a very good value The roof top bar was nice and pleasant, but not well utilized. The breakfast was adequate but not outstanding. Too much effort in terms of number of cakes which isn't my idea of a breakfast.
