Owned and run by a very friendly and helpful family who lives on site. Found a red wine and apples from the family s production as a welcoming gift in our apartment. Great location with a spectacular view, several hikes starting/passing the apartment, walking distance to the local village (5-10m) with coffee shops, restaurants and small supermarkets, 15m drive to Bolzano. Mountainbikes (in excellent condition) available for free; we used them for a trip to Meran. Overall great stay; would love to come back at some point and can recommend it :)
