Comfortable holiday home on the second floor or a medieval palace. The house is formed by two A beautiful double bedrooms comfortable and independent, from a common living room with armchairs and and area for coffee. Each bedroom has its own bathroom for exclusive use. The two bedrooms have a sleeping area and living area with a comfortable sofa bed for one and a half hours for a total of three beds, the other over the master bedroom also has a second smaller bedroom with two single beds. Both rooms are air conditioned, comfortable and furnished with new furniture. The apartment was renovated in 2016, the entire building in 2010. The apartment is located in Via Maletto 50 meters from the beautiful Piazza San Francesco Di Assisi where the eponymous Gothic church in the heart of all the tourist and cultural interests and the most 'famous for shopping as well as' close to famous Teatro Massimo and the quaint market Ballaro '. The Central Railway Station is distant 800 mt., Where you can catch buses and trains to visit Cefalu ', Monreale, Mondello and all resorts' tourism more' important near Palermo. The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi, it seats up to seven people. Possibility
