Just an advice, enjoy Venice by LIVING it, throw away your maps, walk around without any destinations, just walk around and go through every streets and alleys, only in this way you can discover unexpected and unforgettable places. In addiction I suggest you to eat our typical food and wine and talk to local people, they are friendly and available to help you.

The flat is very closed both to the train station and Roma square ( the bus and car station). You van also take the public boat number 1 and then get off in Ca' Oro stop. The neighborhood is quite and peaceful and the flat is new with typical venetian fornitures. So the apartament will ensure you a magnificent atmosphere in which you can relax and enjoy your holiday in our city. We'll give you all the conforts and details you need. TOURIST TAXES PER PERSON FOR THE CITY OF VENICE FOR CHILDREN; THEY ARE EXEMPT UP TO 9 YEARS OLD, FROM 10 TO 16 YEARS OLD THEY ARE REDUCED TO 50% AND AFTER 17 YEARS OLD THEY ARE CONSIDERED PAYING ADULTS.

Neighborhood info

The flat is located in one of the most famous and typical areas of Venice. Indeed in few meters from there there is the magnificent "Basilica di Santa Maria Gloriosa dei Frari" where you can admire Tiziano and Canova' works. Actually the flat is in the middle of the city so you can reach every spots of the city comfortably and the area is full of supermakets, restaurants and shops.
