Nicht zu übertreffen war der Ausblick vom Balkon. Die Wohnung hatte eine gute Größe und war mit hochwertigen Holzmöbeln sehr funktional mit viel Stauraum ausgestattet. Trotz hohen Temperaturen drausen, war es angenehm kühl in der Wohnung.
