The flat looks better than on the pictures Its located on a wonderful street, with a coffee shop and supermarket 1 min away and 5 min from Duomo. The airconditioning was also very handy during the extreme heat. Its the perfect place to explore Florence.

My Name is Matias, I was born and raised in Florence. I worked a few years in a tourist rental agency, then, after traveling around Europe and the World (just a part of it),I decided to come back to my city and I started managing apartments on behalf of the owners. With the help of my coworkers and the experience we know what it is need to ensure you a perfect stay in the city. You will have a wonderful and private experience, but we will be always available in case you will need it, not only for emergencies, but also simply if you’ll need advice or any kind of tip about Florence.

Property info

The Ginori Apartment is in the heart of the San Lorenzo neighborhood, less than 10 minutes walking distance from the train station as from the main sites and museums. It has a private terrace where you can enjoy the sun on a sprig breakfast or rest after a day of walking into the city. Perfect for romantic gateways but also for families as it can accommodate up to 4 people with the sofa bed. With a fully equipped Kitchen, The apartment has Air Conditioned in all the rooms, heating, washing Machine and free wifi and smart TV (you can use your Netflix account without having to plug in your laptop). The apartment is on the first floor, there are approximately 20 steps on the stairs to reach it. After the security door you will have the living room with the kitchen to your left and the bedroom door in front of you. Both living room and bedroom have access to the terrace. The bathroom, recently renovated with a spacious shower, has access from the living room, next to the kitchen Clean laundry Sheets and towels are included and they will be provided according to the number of guest.

Neighborhood info

Located between the train station and the Duomo, San Lorenzo is the market district. This is a bustling, chaotic, neighborhood; where to stay in Florence to be near attractions like the Renaissance Basilica di San Lorenzo and the adjacent Medici chapels which stand out like islands in the middle of the street market which sells clothes, souvenirs, and leather goods. The covered San Lorenzo market is a must-see. Every morning (except on Sundays) you can find excellent food products (fruits, vegetables, typical local cheeses and meats) at good prices, as well as several places to stop for a quick, high-quality and low-cost lunch, immersed in the beautiful atmosphere of an ancient city market.
