It makes an excellent base to stay for a few days and see the whole area. The host is very attentive and generous, he left beers and wine in the fridge and was accommodating with us arriving a little early. The kitchen has everything we needed, so we mostly cooked our own meals here which was a good break after eating out all the time.JoanneGermany

Smart check-in and checkout. The location is great, close to the cosy Verbania and perfect to reach tracking paths. Due to the seasonal opening we couldn’t try the swimming pool but this is one of the reasons we are definitely coming back.

The apartments are quite big, the views over the lake are outstanding. Ilara, the owner, is a wonderful host, always helpful. Due to proximity to the center of Verbania the location is excellent for exploring Lago Maggiore.

It' s a bit of a lost opportunity after the refurbishment: plastic floors, old bathrooms, hairdryers of the 80s. A little more attention and this could have become a gem on the Maggiore Lake. Now it's just one of the many touristy hotels
