Cosy apt, finely and carefully renovated, with wooden ceiling, brick window arch and a blend of modern and antique forniture. The space is compact but well organized, with lots of amenities and many well-finished details to make you feel at home. Central location, very close (5-7' on foot) to Duomo, Santa Croce, Palazzo Vecchio etc. All you need for a comfortable and pleasent stay in town is provided, so you can concentrate in exploring and enjoying the many beauties of Florence. The apt consists of a room with private bathroom and independent entrance; there is fast wifi internet, air conditioning, kitchenette, fridge, coffee machine, TV.
I am young but experienced with hosting and very motivated. I like to meet people, talk to them about our beautiful city and I am happy to help with suggestions and tips for a wonderful stay.
In the surroundings there are places for all the tastes and trends: tuscan trattoria, ethnic restaurants and vegetarian restaurants; bars and pubs with live music; clubs and discos full of young florentine and international students and travellers. You can find delicious panini and wine bars very close to the apt. The former jewish area with the sinagogue and restaurants is also very near. A very nice open market is nearby, with a lot of local fresh fruit and vegetables. For all the rest, there is also a conad supermarket. Bus stops are very close to the place.
