The breakfast was lovely. Warm croissants accompanied by coldcuts and cheese. Juice and water as well as any type of coffee were cordially offered. Staff was always ready to make your stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. Claudia, the host of the property, is so proud of the historical significance of the property and loves to talk about it's history and what she has done in the restoration process. Fascinating history of this wonderful property! It's a small little hamlet with no restaurants but there are excellent restaurants within 5 km.

Casaforte Alba in Langa is a fully restored 17th century B&B in Mango featuring 2 Medieval towers. It offers rooms with free Wi-Fi, a courtyard, library and sun terrace. Rooms at the Casaforte Alba come with stone walls, ancient terracotta floors and wooden headboards. A welcome pack with mineral water, pastries and candies is provided in each room. Some rooms have a view of the Langhe hills. An Italian buffet breakfast is provided daily in the partially covered courtyard. Wine tasting sessions are available on site upon request and are free of charge. The sun terrace is equipped with sun loungers and parasols while in the library guests will find a pc with free wired internet. Castello Marchesi Busca castle is a stroll away from the property. Alba can be reached in about 15 minutes by car and the nearest motorway exit Castagnone-Lanze is 6.2 mi away.
