Located right at the beach but not too close to other hotels, so the beach area was not full (we spent a weekend in September). Public beach not far away from the hotel, there is also a beach bar with fair prices nearby.
Garage with roof is a good extra, keeps your car nice and cool (doesn’t look like there’d be enough spaces under the roof for all cars though).
Ac in the room.
Sea view from the balcony.
Light blocking curtains.

For us (a couple) this accommodation was just perfect.
For us (a couple) this accommodation was just perfect. It was perfectly convenient even without a car, so also appropriate for sustainable tourism. We arrived by train from Viena in almost 8 hours straight at Venice. Then a wonderful trip with the Vaporetto (1, 2 and 7 day passes all Vaporetto combinations to several islands and Venice included) to the island treporti. The appartment is by bike (possible to rent on the island) 10 minutes away from a rally nice, long and gratis beach which is also perfectly suitable for kids because not deep at all and very calm water. A supermarket is also in 5 minutes by bike or 15 minutes walking. A lot of bike paths nearby which drove us to the nicest places with the nicest sunsets:-). With the Vaporetto 15 minutes by foot away from the apartment we were in 15 minutes in very nice burano, in 50 minutes in Murano and in almost 1 hour in Venice. Venice is incredible nice but full of people, so for us it was perfect to stay in a much more peaceful place to go to relax after sight seeing and the ship experiences to go from one place to another also incredible!

Place is so nice and quiet, enough activities to keep you busy or just to lay on the beach and enjoy the sea without being disturbed! Would def recommend and come back! Strong and quality mosquito repellent is an absolute must in the afternoon/evening. Absolutely loved we could explore different beaches and places by the bikes provided by the accommodation! You can also rent bikes from a lot of places and as the infrastructure is well set up to be accessible by bike plus you could try the peninsula tours by bike if the weather is no too hot, there are some nature focused trails set up!
Prices are reasonable for food in most places - we spent an average of 50€ /dinner main course and drinks. Favourite place we found is Fugo Grill & Restaurant for dinner.
Loved the dog beach where there were less people and really cute furry faces around! It was an extremely clean beach and pet companions were very clean and attentive to their dogs.
We did not book any water sports or such, but there were some options near. Bring SUP if you can, water is calm enough to enjoy paddle boarding!

Excellent starting point.
Excellent starting point. To the East you have Jesolo and all its tourist goodies, to the West you have Lido di Venezia, to the North you have quick access to Venice and to the South - endless beach. Bicycle friendly. All is easily accessible with a car, away from the busy highway - even local roads are quick and straight, so I never use autostrada for this part of Italy.

At Lio Piccolo we were watching flamingos.
Very nice walking/cycling pathways.
The cycling pathways are physically separated from roads by a concrete curb so that they are safe for children and dogs.
Nearby Ponte Sabioni is a water gate to Venice, parking for car there is 5E for whole day. One-way Ticket for a person (including children older than 6 years) from P.Sabioni to Venice costs 9.5E, the dog is free of charge.
It is a great base for Venice trips, beaching, etc.

Ideal place for trips to Venice and for trips around the Venetian lagoon.
The ferry to Venice or to the island of Lido runs several times an hour and until late in the evening. The departure port is only 6 kilometres away from the bungalows. Good and frequent bus connection to the port. The bus goes there and back about twice an hour during the day. The nearest stop is Ca' Ballarin - Radaelli.
The bus stop Ca' Ballarin - Radaelli is on the main road leading to the marina and is about 900 meters away from the Ketty bungalows.

It was a nice beach town with access by boat to many destinations. The biggie was Venice. I went on many boat trips. It was nice to come back to Cavallino-Treporti from Venice and its crowded everything.

A pleasant place for summer sunbathing and a convenient point for exploring Venice. Everything very well organized - check-in, bicycles, beach equipment, breakfast. Friendly hosts, delicious cakes. Private parking place. A bit of a walk to the beach (which is nice and not too crowded) but that wasn't a problem with bikes and a locker for equipment near the beach.
Quiet, nice room, with great bathroom and view of a local canal and sunsets. Very clean! Great bathroom and shower. Super air conditioning. Safe, secure parking. Walking distance to grocery and local cafe. Good restaurants close by. Easy access to ferry site for Venice. Super cute pets, dogs and cats. No breakfast, but coffee maker and fridge in room.
We are happy to choose Eureka AA for our weekend escape. Warm welcomed from an owner. Provided lot of information. A bungalow is well located, close to the beach. Good base for a trip to Venice. Very quite neighbourhood. We have been there in mid season, so also local street was not busy. A bungalow is clean. Lot of gear in the kitchen. Recommend.
The apartment had everything you might need. The beds were comfy and the kitchen fully equipped. The pool was not crowded but we did not used it. It has a coffee shop at the bottom of the block and we had one of the best coffee in Italy. They have pastry from another planet! Amazingly good!
The closest beach was amazing and not crowded.
Perfect place. A wonderful peninsula. Easy to get to Venice. Lovely beach. You will find out that the apartments are located on the 4th floor without an elevator in the courtyard of the house. The owner believes that the apartment should be cleaner on departure than on arrival. I recommend looking for other accommodation in the area
The location was the highlight, being only 5 minutes by foot from the boats to Burano and Venice. Also, free private parking on site. The apartment was very clean and had what you needed. Friendly host, allowed us to check in relatively late and also allowed us to leave our car well past the check out time.
We had a great week in Casa Lola. Marina and Mario are very lovely hosts, the apartment is fully equipped, rooms are big and beds very comfortable. Everything was there you could wish for. Neighborhood is very quiet, access to ferry easy (very nice ride to the center of Venice, just 10 minutes to Burano).
Spacious, i.e. large bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms (2). Really great for two families. Quiet neighborhood , park, beach next door. Short access to boats to Venice. Close to the village (shops, cafés). Individual AC in each bedroom :). In general, rather modern, but with a good Italian character.
The camping is very close to the beach ⛱️, it's very clean, and the apartment is very nice and well equipped, the place is perfect for children since the beach is not dangerous, and in Jesolo is a beautiful place with some nice playground. Venice is not so far you can go by car or boy boat.
Nice, clean place. Perfect stay with a family of 4-6 people. If you plan to stay in Cavallino-treporti during the summer and visit the seaside that is a place what you need. In case of visiting Venezia you need to drive to the P. Sabbioni harbor 5min and park your car for 5euro/day.
Very well situated and really convenient for visiting Venice. The staff were quite helpful and made the effort to speak to us in English/French as we don't speak Italian. The swimming pools look great (too cold for us at this time of year) and the beach is really near.
Nice staff and good breakfast with great choice. The outside of the hotel is comfortably covered by trees. The staff is ready to help you with all information you need for your trips around (Venice). With your B&B are included lounger with umbrella on the beach.
The camping grounds are well kept and the lovely large trees provide welcome shade. The little shop had sufficient supplies. The reserved spot and comfort beds at the beach were practical. Ferries to Venice are easily reached in 20min by car.
This is my first time visiting Venice. I like the hotel staff , they are very friendly, the hotel location is very comfortable . The forest, the swimming pool, wifi everywhere.
So I decide to visit Venice on my next vacation ❤️
The breakfast was excellent and included fresh pastries, cold meats and cheeses and coffee or tea from the bar. The hosts were very attentive and helpful. Easy access to Venice by boat and the beach nearby was beautiful.
The apartment was very, very clean and had everything you needed. The hosts were very kind and welcoming. A large grocery store nearby, within walking distance. It was also an easy walk to Ca’Savio and Treporti.
Very good contact with the owners; new apartment, very well equipped, with own garage; great location, close to the beach, many bicycle routes and good access to Punta Sabbioni (water bus to Venice)
The location of the Hotel was ideal, it is very close to the beach. The Hotel looks good from the outside, seems to have been renovated, there is a small shop nearby.
