There is almost nothing to dislike about the property and the owners. It’s paradise. The house is missing a few things that they seem to be working on but the necessities are all there. The room was really big (we were in the main house) and the electric worked well, as did the water temp and AC. It was always super clean as well.
The owners are the sweetest people and will help you find your way around the area but never act over-bearing. They make excellent organic wine on the property and the breakfast is easily five stars.

You can’t beat the location here. It’s literally a hundred foot walk from the door of one of the rental rooms to the beach. I woke up and went straight to the water. Couldn’t beat that sort of start to the day!
The room did have a decent sized small fridge (useful for extended stays), and a working AC unit, which I chose not to use because i opted to lock the screen door (bonus for that) and listen to the waves as I slept (though not like a baby because as you will read below, the bed was the worst).
I ate at the restaurant the evening of my stay, and grabbed a couple of things from their market on my way out in the morning. The staff were all friendly and as accommodating as permitted. I read one poor review criticizing the service in the restaurant and that was not at all my experience. Their pizza was pretty good, better than I had elsewhere in Sicily, and I also got an appetizer plate that had fried olives among other things. It was a little bit of a treat, because I hadn’t had that before. The young man serving that evening was very attentive, beyond what is typical in most European restaurants.
