On comprend en entrant dans les lieux que les hôtes ont consacré beaucoup d'énergie dans la restauration et l'aménagement des bâtiments. C'est un beau projet de vie et une belle réalisation permettant une immersion de quelques jours dans le cadre rustique traditionnel des maisons sardes. L'ensemble est très proche du sympathique centre et de ses quelques restaurants. Un véhicule est indispensable.

A typical Sardinian country house set in an old authentic village just 5 minutes from 30kms of idyllic beaches, coves, inlets. The property has been renovated with the utmost care and attention to details, as it serves the purpose of the owners' retreat and that of every guest seeking the perfect place to relax, enjoy a cozy, warm atmosphere in a unique home.
We're tireless dreamers and believe very few things in life are impossible. We started out with very little money, no knowledge of renovation works whatsoever, yet our determination to succeed and build the house of our dreams led to Casa Teulada, "one of the best 20 holiday villas in the Mediterranean" according to the British "Observer". We don't claim to be among the best villas in the Med, in fact we don't have a swimming pool and we're not directly on the beach (we're only 4 minutes away by car)! However, we strive to provide a truly memorable, special and unique place to stay to make your holiday an unforgettable experience. And so far hundreds of guests from all over the world enjoyed their stay at Casa Teulada. Casa Teulada is not a hotel nor a B&B. Casa Teulada is a very special holiday home, a self catering villa, comprising 3 apartments that you can enjoy all to yourself.
If you're looking for a getaway from it all, you want to live like a local, in a truly authentic Italian village near some of the most spectacular beaches in the world...look no further! Teulada, the village where Casa Teulada is located, is a small typical southern Italian village with very friendly and warm locals who will go the extra mile to help you out getting to the nearest restaurant, finding the civic market, or answering your every question, despite the fact that they may not speak your language. The village is only 4 minutes by car to the beaches and you can park for free just outside Casa Teulada's door! Everything is walking distance: grocery shops, supermarkets, mini-markets, restaurants, ice cream kiosks, cafès, bars, pharmacy, markets and so on. There is no fancy nightlife in town, so if you're looking to do the wee hours dancing in clubs head to North Sardinia. The South is for those who want to relax and reconnect with nature, take endless walks on mesmerizing beaches, or treks in a majestic nature, enjoy the simple pleasures of life, like a dinner on an unpretentious restaurant set on a secluded beach, or a fantastic fish on the barbecue in our courtyard.
