The breakfast buffet was very good and you were able to get eggs from the kitchen. The view from the dining area was amazing. The villa and staff are amazing! The only thing I would recommend is to rent a car in Florence and drive, there isn’t any other transportation unless you use a car service.

We had the most wonderful stay at La Pietra Del Cabreo. The rooms were excellent, the location amazing and we had our best meal in Tuscany here. The breakfast spread was also amazing. The property was beautiful and so so peaceful. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

First of all the surroundings are breathtaking. There are plenty of places to just sit and look at the magnificent view. If you desire to be alone you can easily find a spot on the property to just sit with a glass of their exquisite Chianti Classico. If you want a little conversation the staff is warm, knowledgeable and helpful; they want to accommodate you and be sure your stay is enjoyable. The breakfast is a lovely array of meats, cheeses, fruit, pasties, egg dishes, coffee and juices. The room we had was quite large (we received an upgrade upon arrival-- just a courtesy from the owners) and the beds were the most comfortable of our travels! We did not rent a car. Rent a car! The owners extended their kindness to us and we were fortunate to be invited to join them for dinners and were offered a ride to our bus stop upon our departure. That, to me, is above and beyond. Do I recommend Corte di Valle? Of course! Buy some wine and relax! You are home and their ambassador, Bella, a chocolate lab, will put a smile on your face.

Our 3-night stay at Antico Pastificio was wonderful! The location was perfect for me traveling with my son and his girlfriend. We rented an apartment which was on the street side of the building. The accommodation was great with comfortable beds, nice linens and easy check-in. Being steps away from the piazza in Greve was the best. Waking up and walking to the patisserie for breakfast and aperitivo and/or dinner after touring the Chianti region was easy! We had a car and pulling in was tricky, but you get the hang of it quickly.
