The apartment is situated in Calle Larga Ferrando, characteristic venetian street. Few steps from the Giudecca Canal the apartement has an indipendet enter in a indipendent building. On the first floor a large leaving/lunch and dinner room with sofa and armcharce, TV, kitchen and bathroom, with large shower and bidet. Going up a wooden staircase , it leads to the second floor where are located a large master bedroom with terrace and a single room . Hardwood floors . Radiator heating
I LOVE MY CITY ' WHERE I AM BORN AND WHERE TO LIVE FOREVER. MUCH I LIKE TO TRAVEL WITH MY HUSBAND IN THE YEARS WE HAVE BEEN IN MANY FOREIGN COUNTRIES AND IN THE CITY ' OF ART .
The largest of the islands of the estuary. You can find the real Venetians, hearing about the typical dialect and eat the dishes of our local cuisine of the city. In very good taverns famous 'cicchetti', and sandwiches. Do not miss the wines of our area and aperitifs. There are public shops like Bar, Pastries, Restaurants, Bakeries, typical Salumifici and plenty of shops of artisans and construction sites where repair and build the typical Venetian boats and gondolas.Located on Calle Larga Ferrando on the Giudecca, typical residential Island. Typical trattorias nearby. Adjacent the public transportation boat stop that in 10 minutes reach St.Mark'sSquare, as well as Piazzale Roma (car park) and the Railway Station. To get to the Marco Polo airport with a private taxi takes about 35 min. By public transport about 1 hrs and 15 min. The Saturday before the 3rd Sunday in July there is the famous Redeemer Feast,wonderful fireworks that takes place in S.Marks's Basin. The same name Church is visitable every day.
