Elena and Mario were exceptional hosts. Very patient with me practicing Italian. Mario helped with getting my suitcase up and down the steps and stairs. Even gave me ride in his car so I wouldn’t have to manage suitcase in the rain. Nice view of lake. Early check in allowed. Delicious breakfast with meats, eggs, cheeses and pastries.
Landmark building. Would definitely return.

The property is inside a lovely house with a personal rooms decorated with lovely design making me comfortable after a long journey. I felt I went to home and provided with all necessities I needed for travel. The B&B was close to train station and easy to find. It took me 5-10 minutes to reach the station and all recommended restaurants and bar, plus access to lake como.

Very clean, quiet (apart from trains) and big apartment. It has everything you need for cooking (good non sticking pan, induction, oven, dishwasher …), the bed and sofa are also comfortable. The location is in a secluded area. Our host Luca was friendly and very responsive.

One of the best hotel/BB experiences ever. Far surpassed expectation. House is beautiful with spectacular views. Kitchen and bathroom is clean. Towels were washed and clean. N & L who own the property are the loveliest people. Most accommodation and gracious. Strongly recommend.

As we stayed in winter, we didn't expect to find so many restaurants closed in the evening. Fortunately we found one opened 30 minutes away driving. Quiet small town, good to relax or trekking. After we explored the area other cities around were also interesting and some prettier. Dervio is good to stay and relax while visiting other cities around the lake Como.FranckFrance - 10Scored 10

Very nice and quiet apartment! Perfect place to discover the Como lake. Perfect hospitality and very nice and clean apartment. In the front of the house the Italian traditional shop with the very good Italian food. The apartment is high recommendable !!!! Thank you

Many people go to Como town to see the Como lake.
Many people go to Como town to see the Como lake. But in Dervio you can find much more magnificent view on the lake and the mountains. You can also experience some water activity and enjoy the nature without so many tourists

Very pleasant village on the eastern side of lake Como.
Very pleasant village on the eastern side of lake Como. Nice walk along the lake. Perfect location to explore the neighbourhood. Beautiful Varenna is only 10 minutes drive down the lake. The ferry from there will take you in 15 minutes to Bellagio and other side of the lake. Up north, walking distance to gorgeous medieval town Corenno Plinio.

The view from the balcony is nice - not exactly next to the lake, but the lake and mountains are still visible. The location is good - the village is quite and small, but still there are restaurants and shops not far from the villa. We travelled with car, so getting to Varenna village, which is not far from the Dervio and has more tourist options, was also not a problem for us. Garden is also very nice and beautiful. Dervio has Great Lake views but a small residential town, so best to have a car to visit other areas. We loved the quiet and privacy. Modern facilities were really nice.
