Well located to explore the island by car. Nice clean apartments with the possibility to do laundry as well. The kitchen was equipped quite well, though you will need to bring your own consumables like salt, oil and cleaning detergent. The owner were really nice and helpful.

With the stay we are able to offer our customers multiple services including ferry booking and transfers to and from ports and airports.

Property info

Divided into three residential units, they are approximately 200 meters apart. The apartments surrounded by vineyards and Mediterranean scrub, ideal for those who love nature. Each apartment has an independent entrance, air conditioning, terrace or outdoor area equipped with private barbecue, free Wi-Fi, TV, coffee machine, toaster, microwave and hairdryer. Guests have access to a parking space per apartment and an additional outdoor shower for common use. All accommodations have an enclosed outdoor area. IMPORTANT Any costs expected on site (such as final cleaning, service flat rate, damage deposit, ...) are already included in the total but WILL NOT BE CHARGED directly to your credit card at the time of booking. In fact, they will have to be paid DIRECTLY ON SITE upon arrival at the facility. The property provides bedroom and bathroom linen for a supplement (to be requested at the time of booking).

The Margidore beach is about 600 meters away, in Lacona it is possible to find every kind of service. The characteristic center of Capoliveri is just 11 km away while the port of Portoferraio is 10 km away.
