In a modern building we thought of a new apartment complete of all comforts, making visitors of our beautiful Florence enjoy their trip in silence and a few steps from the historic centre. The apartment is located in an area easily accessible by car from every direction, it's a few steps far from the station and soon it will be directly connected to the airport by Tram (now the bus from the Airport stops right outside). Composed of a modern and stylish room with double bed convertible into twin beds if required, a living room with sofa-bed for 2 people and a kitchen with all appliances (fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, coffee machine with waffles included, Toaster, kettle, dishwasher, induction hob). The bathroom offers a stylish shower and it's modern like the rest of the house. Finally there are two private spaces in front of the apartment and back, where you can relax in the open air after a day in the city. Complete with washing machine and drying room.

Meeting people from all over the world is challenging and enjoyable. For doing this we needed to offer an accommodation to tourists in a place suitable for all necessities. My family and I thought first of the right place and then of making it as comfortable as possible. The apartment is ideally located, accessible by car and garage. 5-minutes by walk far from here there is the station square which is in the middle of the town. The beautiful Piazza Santa Maria Novella awaits you at the end of the square, the splendor of Florence Cathedral and Giotto's bell tower are other 5 minutes by walk far, from here you will discover a wonder after another at every turn. 2/3 minutes by walk far from the station, there is the famous San Lorenzo market. Another important reference is the Fortezza da Basso: place of all important exhibitions, including the famous PITTI exhibition, which is just 5 minutes by walk far from the apartment, as well as the Convention Centre located in front of the show. Furthermore Leopolda station is even closer and it is home to major conferences; going beyond this in 5 minutes by walk you will arrive at the Cascine Park, the largest in the city, where every Tuesday there is the most important market of the city. Finally walking just 5 minutes you will be on lungarni fiorentini, hence moving towards Ponte Vecchio you can admire all the riversides in all their beauty.
