Location is amazing! The island is virtually all yours once the last tourist boat has left (or before the first has arrived). The villa itself is wonderful and set in an olive grove. The owner mentioned he might offer farm activities to guests in the future (perhaps it was a joke!), and I think this is a great idea as the olives need maintaining and it would be fascinating to see how production works. Watch out for the goats that inhabit the island as they will come on the property (I found them very endearing).
