Anyone who dreams of Tuscany can only dream of San Gimignano because this city represents the very essence of this ancient and unique land rich in art, history and culture. Staying within the medieval walls of San Gimignano means breathing in all the history enclosed in it and immersing yourself in an atmosphere of calm and serenity without giving up modern comforts. We have put all our passion into the renovation of these apartments of ours bordering the perimeter walls of the city. 2 apartments have been created, IL RUSTICO on the ground floor with entrance into a private courtyard for exclusive use and LA TERRAZZA on the first floor characterized by a large terrace also for exclusive use on the city walls. both houses have 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a kitchen where you can prepare excellent dishes. Leaving the houses there are all the necessary services to guarantee our guests an excellent quality of stay; bars, restaurants, and small shops with all the excellence of the area. We wish everyone a good stay.

Thanks to the central location of the apartments, located a stone's throw from the main squares and very close to the most historic monuments, you can enjoy a unique atmosphere. Furthermore, all the services, such as restaurants, bars, and shops are close at hand, as is the convenient parking, a stone's throw from our structure. The strategic position and the advice of our staff will allow you to have many experiences and activities such as tastings of wine and local products in the cellars, excursions on the Via Francigena, and horseback riding. For lovers of well-being and hydrotherapy, you will be spoiled for choice, thanks to the numerous spas and thermal baths located a few km from San Gimignano.
