Elegant and bright apartment, recently renovated, only 10 minutes from Biennale and San Marco, from the most famous square in the world for its uniqueness. Cà dei Arsenaloti is located on the second floor. The apartment is accessed by a staircase: about 70 square meters composed of a large master bedroom with a large wardrobe, a living room with two double sofa beds, a spacious and very bright kitchen fully equipped. It accommodates up to six guests, and it has a bathroom with a newly renovated shower. Furnished with taste and elegance, we offer our guests a stay in one of the most popular and lively areas of the city. Guests will have access to the whole apartment.

You will stay in the heart of the Sestiere of Castello, a few steps away from its main street, Via Garibaldi, famous for its lively daily life, where you can stroll among the lively and colorful fruit and vegetable stalls, the small fresh fish and clothes market; in the Rio di Sant'Anna, at the end of Via Garibaldi there is also a floating barge that sells fruit and vegetables. There are also bars, restaurants with outdoor seating, where the locals sit at nightfall to have dinner or simply to enjoy the inevitable "spritz" In addition, the road is also served by supermarkets and numerous grocery stores.
